Class Description
This real estate course focuses on the changes of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. It also addresses common misunderstandings about USPAP. This course fulfills the 7-hour requirement as established by the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
