Class Description
Gentle movements of the Pilates exercises strengthen deep muscles of the body, not just the bigger ones. This will help you to feel stronger, faster. Many of the exercises are done lying down with your feet up, for better circulation. The exercises are very adaptable. Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout which is challenging yet safe.
